Sulabh Vivah is operated by Webdekho Private Limited. If something on this platform has gone wrong for you — a fake or abusive profile, misuse of your photos or personal information, a payment problem, or any content you believe should not be here — you can raise it with our Grievance Officer and we are obliged to act on it within a fixed time.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the contact details of our Grievance Officer are:

How long we take
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Resolution within 15 days of receipt, as required under Rule 3(2).
- Content that is obscene, impersonates another person, or shows an individual in a sexual act or nudity — including anything artificially generated — is acted upon within 24 hours of a valid complaint.
What to include in your complaint
The more precisely you describe it, the faster we can act. Please include:
- Your name, registered mobile number or email, and your Profile ID (e.g. SV100123)
- The Profile ID or page the complaint is about
- What happened, and when
- Screenshots or any other supporting material, if you have them
- What you would like us to do
You can also report a profile directly from the app — open the profile and use Report. That route reaches the same team and creates the same record.
What we can do
- Remove or restrict a profile, photo or message
- Suspend or permanently ban an account
- Correct or delete your personal information on request
- Investigate and refund a payment made in error
- Report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it
If you are not satisfied
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, 2021 at gac.gov.in, within 30 days of our decision. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or the relevant consumer forum. Nothing on this page limits any legal remedy otherwise available to you.
