Sulabh Vivah is merely an online introduction and matchmaking platform that enables individuals seeking marriage to connect with one another. We give no guarantee whatsoever regarding the arrangement of a marriage, a successful match, or the conduct, character or intentions of any member. The final decision, verification and caution are entirely the members’ own responsibility.

• You must be at least 18 years old (for women) and 21 years old (for men), or have completed the minimum age required for marriage under Indian law.
• You must be legally eligible to marry (unmarried, divorced or widowed).
• You are registering using your true identity and your own information (or with the consent of an authorised relative).
• Registration for minors or with fraudulent intent is strictly prohibited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your login, OTP and password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close, without prior notice, any account that provides false, misleading or third-party information.

While using the Service, you undertake that you will not do the following:

• Submit false, fake, obscene or misleading information, photos or documents.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, make financial demands of, or misbehave with other members.
• Post commercial advertising, spam, brokerage, or promote off-platform services.
• Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Disrupt the working of the Service through viruses, bots or data scraping.
• Use the Service for any illegal, unethical activity or one contrary to Indian law.

If these terms are breached, we reserve the right to close your account without prior notice and without refund, and to pursue legal and police action as necessary.

Some features are available through paid membership plans (Spark, Connect, Elite, etc.). All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) plus applicable taxes.

You are responsible for all information, photos and text you upload (the "Content"). To operate, display and improve the Service, you grant Sulabh Vivah a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and show this Content to appropriate members. We reserve the right to remove any Content that is objectionable or violates these terms.

The Service is provided "as-is". Sulabh Vivah will not be responsible for the following:

• The truthfulness of information given by any member, their conduct, intentions, or the outcomes of interactions with them.
• Personal meetings, financial transactions, marriages between members, or any dispute, loss or harm arising therefrom.
• Technical faults, service interruptions, data loss, or errors in third-party services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify Sulabh Vivah against all costs, losses and legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or from a third-party claim caused by your actions.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be published on the website, and continuing to use the Service after a change will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute relating to them shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
