Refund & Cancellation Policy

Choosing a plan does not charge you. A membership is activated only after our team confirms that the payment has been received. If you decide not to go ahead before that confirmation, tell us and no membership is created.

A membership fee buys immediate access to a digital service, so once the membership is active the fee is non-refundable. No refund is given for the unused remaining duration of a plan, for a change of mind, or because a match was not found — matchmaking depends on both families, and we cannot guarantee an outcome.

This is the same rule as clause 5 of our Terms & Conditions.

• Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same plan.
• Money debited, membership not activated — the amount left your account but no plan was activated against it.
• Charged in error by us — an amount keyed in against your account by mistake.

In each of these cases the amount is returned to the account it came from. Write to us with the date, amount and transaction reference.

If an account is suspended or removed for breaking our Community Guidelines or Terms — a fake profile, harassment, a money request, brokerage activity — the fee is not refunded.

Email support@sulabhvivah.com or call +91 7391007424 with your Matrimony ID, the payment date, the amount and the transaction reference. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, escalate it through our Grievance Redressal process.
